Q: What type of turnaround can I expect on my project?
A: Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the project,
but Professional Biz Solutions is very proud to provide accurate and quick
results. We recognize that time is MONEY!
Q: How will we be able to contact you once you begin our
project?
A: Professional Biz Solutions will have your Virtual Assistant available
via phone (landline and cellular), email and IM to you.
Q: What hours do the Virtual Assistants work?
A: Professional Biz Solutions will provide a Virtual Assistant at
hours that are convenient to you. Work hours are predetermined when
a project is begun. Should you require your Assistant at an additional
time, you can contact them via the contact information provided to you.
Q: Do Virtual Assistants take vacations?
A: Any time that an Assistant is unavailable to work will be predetermined
and you will know in advance. If there is a scheduling conflict,
Professional Biz Solutions will accommodate you and change the vacation
schedule!
Q: What type of billing services do you perform?
A: We specialize in billing for Accounting Firms and Legal Firms
utilizing Timeslips. We can enter the time of the professionals and
process any type of billing you require. We can also utilize QuickBooks
for billing or you can let us know if you have a preference for another
type of software.
